Motivation is available to all of us. It is the key that opens the door to the morning and the bolt of that same door at night. Without motivation, nothing would ever get done. We would wander, doing only what keeps us interested at any given time before we move on to something else. Without motivation, we would die of boredom.

There are some people who are motivated, but there are others who are driven by their motivation. Motivation not only gets them up, it leaves them too excited to go to sleep. 3 Mini Signs You’re Moving Forward

Knowing how to make progress is never so important as when we’re not making progress. Motivation is built upon being able to feel ourselves making progress. There is nothing bad about that at all. Without this essential feeling, we easily get stuck in ruts and routine. Like the hamster spinning on a wheel, we only go fast but get nowhere. Without the beautiful feeling that we are moving forward in some way, we are liable to give up. What’s the point in trying if we not moving in a forward direction? That feeling of meaning, fulfillment, and significance that we all crave is necessary for living a bad-ass, beautiful life.  Read more…
