A Badge of Honor

God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

To be punished and to be persecuted are two different things. Justified punishment may induce a temporary reward. But persecution will result in a heavenly reward. Punishment is doled out by good people to reverse evil behavior. Persecution is given by evil people to get good people on their side.  Read more…
