The most productive people in the world continue to push themselves. They never stop looking for solutions to problems. They never stop improving and learning. If you’re living a life that is stagnant and sour, maybe it is time for a change. You know you’re doing just fine in life when ever step you take is one of discovery, creation, and positive change.
Here are 3 signs you’re doing just fine:
1. You ask questions. Most people settle for things as they are and things just stay the way they are because we never expect anything different. They hear things and see things and accept them for what they are. But people who move forward in their lives ask questions. They don’t settle for cheap answers and temporary solutions. They keep searching for better ways and bigger solutions. They are never content with what is right in front of them. It takes courage to ask questions and guts to actually get the answer.
2. You exercise. Regular exercise is not only good for your body, it is good for your brain and your heart. If you take time to consistently walk, run, work on a treadmill, or whatever you like to do, you are actively taking steps to cultivate good health and energy. Don’t wait until you’re diagnosed with an illness, are overweight, or need emergency surgery to get on the good foot with your health. Your body is like milk, keep it refrigerated and it will stay good longer.
3. You journal (at least sometimes). Journaling is really writing in retrospect. It is reflective action that can make you more productive. It helps you see what you have done and plan for where you want to go. It is a personal record for you and made by you that you can pick up and look back on at any time.
