3 Possible Signs You’re Doing Just Fine (365 Days of Spirited Living – DAY 159)

3 Possible Signs You’re Doing Just Fine

“Money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver.”
— Ayn Rand

We don’t see everything at once. Life doesn’t give us that luxury. But we can see all that we want to see by faith. Faith causes us to emerge from our little cubbies in the world and open up to all the opportunities that are before us. Nothing — other than ourselves — can really stop us from living our dreams and making some difference in the world while doing it. If we shake off the cobwebs and start stepping out and moving on, we’ll find that we really are doing more than we thought we could.

Here are 3 signs you’re doing just fine:

1. You save. Money. Time. Clothes. Food. You don’t have a hoarder’s mentality. But at the same time, you aren’t so foolish as to think there is zero percent chance that tomorrow might just come. Next week. Next month. Next year. Yes, you might just live to see all of it.

2. You block out negativity. If we could all live in a cocoon and be successful, we would. Oddly enough, that’s why butterflies have to emerge at some point. Instead of letting negativity control your moods, feelings, thoughts, and reactions, you block it all out. You may be around it, but you don’t let it affect you.

3. You love. Love is one of the strongest emotions and boldest choices you can make. Love extends beyond faults and forgetfulness and sees hearts and souls. It allows us to rise above circumstances and embrace people for who they are. If you give love and receive it too, you are doing just fine in life.

“The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love, and to let it come in.”
— Morrie Schwartz
