3 Thoughts That’ll Change You

“If you were born without wings, do nothing to prevent them from growing.”
— Coco Chanel

If success were just given to us, we would never accomplish much. But failure is the predecessor of success. We fail before we succeed. We try, try, try, and try some more until we get that certain, specific thing right. Failure is a teacher. Success is the reward of learning what failure teaches. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. We are truly growing when we learn from our failures and ultimately do better.

An arousal to accomplish your goals must be elicited every day. That’s what we call motivation. Without a heart and a mind and a will to win, we will never succeed. Motivation lasts if we pick it up every morning and use it. When you aren’t so motivated, don’t become discouraged. Motivation drives goals forward to accomplishment. If you don’t have any goals, you won’t have any motivation.

Everyone you meet is special, unique, and different… and that is okay. We often see people as different from us. In reality, all people all around the world from all walks of life, basically have gone through the same things, want the same things, and do some of the same things. We are a common kind. Everyone you meet has fears, loves, and losses. Never let differences hold you back from showing love and appreciation to others.

“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
— Henry David Thoreau
